3 easy steps to qualify for admission for Medicare Home Health services:

1.  Skilled Care:  you must need any of these skilled services:  intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, or occupational therapy

2.  Doctor's Order:  Your doctor must give us an order for home health and complete the Physician Face-to-Face Encounter prior to admission.

3.  Homebound:  You must be homebound, meaning that it requires considerable and taxing effort to leave the home.  When you leave home it must be to get medical care, for short, infrequent non-medical reasons such as a trip to get a haircut, to attend religious services, or a walk around the block.
